We had eight years of NPP government and times were certainly better for us than we have found ourselves in under the seven years of GYEEDA,SUBAH,SADA,NSS and least of all Woyome stealling from us a whopping fifty one million.
The NDC and its head corruptible Mahama must give way to the NPP.
At least if I am poor but the sacrifice is giving all children in Ghana some free education then my sacrifice is worth it.

And this brochure brouhaha is Exhibit A of our demise. The modus vivendi of the people is one of base dishonest dealings with each other. The deadly combination of incompetence, arrogance and ignorance permeates every transaction; there is a sense of impunity in a nation where no one is sanctioned for any wrongful act, omission or conduct; people have resigned themselves to mediocrity at all levels; and what would normally be questionable in any sane society passes with nary an eyebrow raised. And over all of this, presides a clueless, corrupt, feckless President who has no demonstrable political skills or the back bone to fight any of this. Ghana, once the bright star of the continent, a leader in progressive political thought, trendsetters of African culture and social development is now run by a bunch of semi-literate Yahoos who can't read, write or even interpret a basic contract. There is no law enforcement to speak of, the Chinese have ran roughshod over our marketplace, through illegal mining activities, dumped poisonous and hazardous chemicals in our waterways,creating a lasting environmental problem the cost of which no one has yet tabulated or even cares to acknowledge; contractors are raiding the public fisc with "judgment debts" based on contractual obligations that would be unenforceable in any other legal system because judges are bribed to fix cases even when the AG cares to show up as defense counsel.
Astonishingly, the baby boomer generation (55-65 year olds) who form the core of the middle class and who were beneficiaries of a reasonably solid education system have taken leave of their senses, checked out; and not only accommodated the current state of affairs, but actively enabled the absurdities that have taken over the polity. As part of their accommodating strategy, they go to extremes to find private solutions to all our public problems, somehow believing if they insulate themselves from the problem of poor electricity with belching generators, they are a notch above the rest of us. If we don't immediately arrest this trend, we will wake up by 2020 finding ourselves not only farther away from the so-called "middle income" country we aspire to, but recolonized by a more progressive country . . Kenya, perhaps. Will the last person to leave Ghana please turn off the lights at Kotoka International Airport, please!!!
