The Honourable Judges stated that there was NO need for those mentioned by Ace Ankomah to be called as witnesses. Their reason: these officials had already given approval for the payment of the amount to Woyome.

So why should the AG be probed? Is it simply for us to know that he is alive or what? Please don't waste our time. GO AND READ THE WHOLE JUDGMENT

Right from the word go the A-G had feigned seriousness in having Woyome's case revisited and see to his subsequent incarceration. However, every well thinking Ghanaian could read between the lines that there was a conspiracy to cover the sorry asses of co-conspirators who fleeced the poor ordinary Ghanaian of his/her national cake. It was a complete non-starter, knowing too well that Woyome wouldn't have gone quietly.

'Disagreeing with the High Court judge that the state should have called Mrs Mould-Iddrisu; her deputy, Mr Barton Odro; a Chief State Attorney, MrSamuel Nerquaye-Tetteh, and Mr Paul Asimenu of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Finance to testify,

Mr Justice Ofoe said that was not necessary because “it was clear” what Mrs Mould-Iddrisu and co. would have told the court.That, according to him, was because those officials had all approved payment to Woyome and as result their evidence would not have inured to the benefit of the state in any way.

Justice Ofoe said Mrs Mould-Iddrisu “talked law” when she said Woyome was entitled to his claim.'

This was reportedly part of Jistice Ofoe's judgment. Why then should somebody come on radio and profer a more enlightened view than that of an Appeal Court Judge?

Of course anybody who thinks he jas better legal knowledge can take the matter up in The Superior Court.

One of our problems in Ghana is some people who frequently come on radio and T.V to create the impression they are the most knowledgeable people in the land and throw around pseudo legal points that confuse lay people to believe their self-acclaimed wisdom.

Such people's private, moral and professional conduct cannot even survive public scrutiny intact yet want to sound holier than everyone.

We should learn to reserve criticism of government actions to those that genuinely deserve criticism.

To rephrase a wise saying 'If you have nothing to say, don't say it here'

The appeal court has rule; you can disagree with the ruling but to suggest that the AG be probed means he is calling for an unconstitutional way of delivering just.

Although O.B. admitted he did receive money from om Woyomi, wh he "coincidentally" sold land to. Lets bring Kufuor to court to answer; why he gave the contract another party ? Admit it Ace the whole case stinks NPP and NDC screwed up big.

Ace Ankomah is not making sense because the grounds upon which the AG made the appeal against the High Court judge will not allow her to join others. The legal basis of the appeal was that the judge erred in law. The AC judges will therefore only hear the error the high court judge made. The State made the mistake at the first trial for not indicting others mentioned by the SC. Please address legal matters properly no to confuse the non legal minds.
