Where has it been written in any government manual that every department and its so-called officers must have V-8 Toyota Land Cruisers? Why would any reliable car not do? The best argument I've heard is that Land Cruisers are reliable which goes to show that our educated elite class are slow upstairs.
I have never known a country of poor souls who love the champagne life instead of the beer lifestyle that suits our income.
