  If Karbo has any evidence of such sales let him put it out in the Media for the Public to have access to it and make its own mind.
  
  The blatant lies to the Public for sheer Political points must be prosecutable. That would force our Politicians to stick to issues and work harder to research for provable facts to support their claims.
  
  If the Government did not sell ECG but only contracted a firm to manage it, still the Government owes the Public some transparency to let the People know exactly what is going on and who to hold accountable in case services ran amok.
