I see it as a means of fleecing the people. What has the Director of Electricity been able to say? What about the minister of energy? If the government is not aware, why have some heads not be allowed to roll?

  It's not only ECG, but the Ghana Water Company is also fleecing poor Ghanaians.
  Imagine a family of four persons in the house that paid Ghc50.00 before the increment now paying Ghc135.00
