  Common sense will tell everyone that you do not sweep and dump the refuse in front of your neighbour's room.
  
  The fact is that there are simply unpleasant neighbours, irrespective of their status. Such neighbours are simply troublesome and ALWAYS looking for a reason to ignite a fight.
