Why would anyone in their right mind borrow a colossal amount of money to revamp a factory first before planning how to get the raw materials to feed it adequately, which would usually take 2 to 3 years or more to realise? Who pays for the 2-3years plus of interest and the additional cost of maintaining a more or less idle factory? Since sugarcane is a seasonal product, stocks of sugarcane are required to keep the factory running especially during the lean season. Are there any wise people in government?

Once the smoke screen of over billing has died down you will see big bills

The NDC has also built two new universities,1260 CHPS compounds and currently the ongoing construction of the 123 SHS will provide space for the admission of over 400,000 students who would have been out of school. Our armed forces and police have a duty to protect this country. It has also launced the Onuador medical vans which are attending to the health needs of Ghanaians. In the area of education, the shift system in our basic schools have been stopped thanks to the NDC and 2 new universities have been built which are also training our future leaders. NDC TOASO....

Years earlier, the independent Federation of Malaya [now Malaysia] had come into being on August 31st, 1957.

We declared independence 6th March, 1957, yet go to these countries and see what is progress.
