I dont disagree with any hardworking person's promotion; however i have a little problem with the legality. Who does promotions in the Ghana Police Force? the IGP (following laid down guidelines) or the President of the nation? Friends am asking this coz sometimes the right thing is done the wrong way and should someone challenge the legality of it someday, it will ruin the career of the person involved. Once again, I have absolutely nothing against DCOP Kofi Boakye nor the President. Am only seeking clarification.
