Please Joe do not jump the gun. It is possible to register a dog(yes a DOG) animal dog to vote hear in America. We have same day registration and voting and all you need is an ID card. There have been instances where ppl have voted even though they are not citizens, because here in the US one can vote by mailing it in.

In 2006 a Florida guy was arrested because he registered his dog to vote and guess what he was the same person who caused his arrest because he was bragging that he had registered his dog to vote.

Ghana uses bio metric machines to identify voters whereas here we don't. So the Rev. has a point and he could be right. "All that glitters is not gold".

In 2012 a New Mexico veteran Thomas Tolbert registered his 3 yr old black Labrador to vote as a DEMOCRAT in Albuquerque, NM. He registered the dog as BUDDY Thomas with a made up SSN and a fake birth date, and duly voted to prove to the authorities, how easy it was to register and vote.

You use it as a proof of having insurance, all residents - both lrgal and illegal can have.
