When are dealing the kind of EC that we have we must be cautious of anything they wholeheartedly support. The are aceept bringing the date off election forward by a month but they cannot implement an order from the Supreme Court convincingly. You can't pick and chose am early date when EC has demonstrated poor planning and execution in the past - late release of voters register, tot tot district assembly elections and an aversion to reforms.
