The workers of ECG hold the country to ransom. The NPP thinks they can make political gains by supporting the workers. Everybody can make an easy decision, the tough ones are made by men with vision and that is what the govt is doing. ECG workers can go to hell

ECG workers , not that you can do worse, you are already doing worse things. That is why, the Government wants to sell the company in order to make it efficient.

I will support Mahama all the way if he privatise ECG. Never seen incompetent company like ECG. I was robbed by ECG for over 5000GHS for electricity I have never used.

In a country where law and order is not the norm, workers in a state owned public utility can blackmail it's government employer. The ordinary people are the ones who suffer from this tussle. Since the government itself does not obey laws, I can hardly expect these workers to obey laws. In the sane world, employees don't blackmail their employer without running the risk of losing their jobs. Normally I would take the side of the employer but the dysfunction in Ghana is so obscene that I will stand on the sidelines for this one.

I have never seen my meter before, let alone know where it is fixed, for the many years that I have been living here. I only pick my notification bills from my box, by which time my bankers had already paid. The service is hundred percent so I don't care how much I paid at the end of the month. That's what we want in Ghana. I can not forget what these thieves took me through the last time i came to Ghana. The government should not waste time at all.
