Instead of tell us about previous lapses such as biometric machines with faulty batteries, late start of voting, spoilt ballots, transport and storage of ballot papers and safety of ballot boxes, eligibility challenges, indelible ink, pink sheet recording and signing, early realease of polling station results, collation validation, etc this new electoral commissioner keeps beating around the bush barely 3 months to the election. You reassurance a a free and fair election means nothing to either the political parties and the individual, when we know you have never even supervised an actual election before. Stop asking the parties and voters to be responsible and give as a plan for fairly and properly policing the voting and vote counting. Where are your guidelines and training for the police and security services. If you stop the public relations and concentrate on getting the EC's election day modalities right we will have am incident free election despite the attitudes of voters and political parties. Stop preaching and take action. Your number 1 alley should be the Police but don't assume they know what to do or care about fairness.

Elections is not just about redesign of websites. There are more questions than answers. What has happen to the over two hundred thousand so called Ghanaians registered abroad which Afari Gyan couldn't account for at the supreme court ?. When will you release the final voters register to the political parties ?. There should be one register for both presidential and parliamentary elections. No more twenty seven zero, no more unknown and multiple polling stations. WHY IS THE NDC COMPLAINING AGAINST THE USE OF LEARNED PEOPLE AS ELECTORAL OFFICIALS ?. Everything was quite clear at the supreme court that Afari Gyan and Co rigged the elections in favour of John Mahama and his Ndc. The voice of the people is the voice of God. Stealing the mandate of the electorate is a curse on the nation. Ghanaians are suffering because of that. Free and fair elections and Ghana will prosper.
