The EC has a very bad case and will be compelled to reinstate those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria but were disqualified.
The EC cannot say it could not have anticipated there will be mistakes made in the filli ...

The EC has a very bad case and will be compelled to reinstate those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria but were disqualified.
The EC cannot say it could not have anticipated there will be mistakes made in the filling of the forms and therefore having urged the contesting parties to submit their forms within the nomination period early, any injunction or whatever reason, that closed the window, brings finality to who qualifies or does not qualify.
Reasonable effort would have to be demonstrated without a shred of doubt that, based on the flaws identified, due care, diligence and good faith efforts was factored into the rectification of those anomalies and afforded the candidates, within a specified time period to address those anomalies.
That alone will make the EC's disqualification fall flat on it's face.
The EC is not there to disqualify candidates in an election willy-nilly; circa 2012 election petition, and it will be communicated to the EC.

When Obama told us to allow our Institutions to work, he was not speaking to goats and sheep, but to people who want to change the unproductive and backward behaviour that has held us back since independence. Madam Charlotte Osei has set the pace for all who preside over our Institutions to do away with favourites, and allow our Institutions to work. As for those whose daily activities are nothing but to engage in pure lies and unsubstantiated allegations, the Almighty God will judge them accordingly.
