  A cursory study of the positions of parties on the parliamentary ballot sheet indicate the folloowing:
  1) PPP and GCPP may not be able to file candidates in all the constituencies and that will automatically put NDC at the top. NPP will go to the bottom only if there are no NDP and independent candidates.
  2) There is more likelihood that the NDC and NPP will be placed next to each other, especially, where there is no UPP candidate - which is likely to be the case since UPP does not have the financial muscles to file candidates in all constuencies across the country. This is where the problem is. In urban areas where voters are enlightened the confusion will be minimal but in the rural areas a lot of ballot papers may have one thumb print on both NDC and NPP candidates. This is where the trouble will start from. NCCE must begin to intensify voter education to avert troubles.

  An intelligent person may have advised you because I know for sure that you can't arrive at this decision by yourself. You go into a contest and the organizers disqualify you and you still hold yourself as a contestant. You're keeping too long in going to court. A presidential aspirant who doesn't know the difference between the EC as a body and Charlotte Osei as a person so that when the EC disqualified you, you insulted the person of Charlotte Osei. And people would have voted for this thing, and the court will also entertain him. Democracy is really expensive, they say.

  I think the Ministry of Education should publish their list for Ghanaians to know those that have bought their degrees.
