  I have never seen NCCE doing its work at the right time. Is it due to a failed frame work or its due to non financial and material support. I just surprise that in the heat of every election when things seem to be geeting out of hand is only that we hear a trickle of their work. NCCE this should have been done long time ago. Educating the public should have been effected long time not just sitting in offices and warming your seats
