Thomas, please note that the EC will not frustrate any presidential aspirant. The EC does not frustrate.The EC wants to ensure that the laws enacted and given to this august body is properly applied. The EC has gone to the Supreme Court to seek certain clarity in the C.I. nd that is the way to go. Many Ghanaians are used to bribery and corruption and 'whom you know' in the delivery of services to the nation. The EC Chairperson is proving to all that she is above that. By the actions of Mrs Charlotte Osei, I have no doubt in my mind that she will excl and succeed. Mind you, she is only 48 years and will retire at 70 like Appeal Court and Supreme Court Judges. This woman is not a mean' person to be toyed with and tempted.NO ONE SHOULD TRY HER.

You can not disqualify candidates without a given opportunity to correct perceived errors.This is never done anywhere especially if you did not educate them about how to fill form. Gross incompetence.
