After the NDC induced arbitrary disqualifications of presidential candidates was quashed by the Accra High Court, what Ayaria said was not different from what the majority of Ghanaians believes and said about the EC and its incompetent chair lady, Madam Charlotte Alata. After twisting the neck of all the laws governing the selection of EC chairperson and its members in our constitution, Mr. Mahama corruptly and hurriedly imposed Madam Alata on Ghanaians just to steal their verdict for him again.

Believe me; the EC has been caught on several of occasions sleeping in bed with the NDC electoral thieves since 1992, when the so-called P/NDC revolutionaries cunningly changed their Khakis to civilian clothes to enable them perpetuate their dreadful, undemocratic rule. When errors which are deemed enough grounds to disqualify a candidate, most human agencies will stop somewhere. When the Supreme Court now says, allow them to correct, it is now appropriate to present them with the opportunity to correct everything.

In every legal enforcement situation, an accused is entitled to bring all crimes or actions not presently being charged for so as to be tried just for all once. The numerous errors would make the tasks of the Presidential aspirants harder, but to make sure, they have done everything correctly and in no way could be misconstrued as contempt of the Supreme Court.

The counting was still going on in the US Presidential elections when Secretary Clinton conceded. I am stating here that with enough grounds, a process which could go on could be halted. It will not be a crime to roll all the errors which had not formed part of the original errors found for the aspirants to correct k3k3.
