  Ever read a book titled "Uncle Sam' Cabin"? Most northerners behave just like Uncle Sam. They are told that they are very poor and the poor chaps actually believe that they are 'poverty stricken" and need NGOs and government to give them handouts. Who managed SADA? Who managed GYEEDA? How many INGOs and local NGOs are pumping money into so-called development projects in the three regions of the north and the situation is "the shame". Nana and Bawumia and con men. They are aware of the number of irrigation dams and dugouts that are dotted in the three regions of the north and are just not being utilized. Only a fool will invest in more dams and dugouts that will be left to idle and the people keep manifesting their slave mentalities.
