  My friend, Ghana is not more capitalist than USA, Europe etc, but I can certainly tell you that transport fares are regulated by the nation all over Europe, Canada and America. Transport companies cannot arbitraly over/under ...

  My friend, Ghana is not more capitalist than USA, Europe etc, but I can certainly tell you that transport fares are regulated by the nation all over Europe, Canada and America. Transport companies cannot arbitraly over/under charge passengers.
  
  
  And when you buy your ticket from company A, you may use it to join any bus belonging to company B, without paying a cent more. In short, within any city bus fares for any route is fixed and VALID for all bus companies plying that route.

BOTH ARE DIFFICULT BECAUSE UNDER FREE MARKET TERMS, YOU DON'T EXPECT FUEL SUPPLIERS TO INCREASE PRICES AT WILL, WHILST A "TYRANT" GOV'T HOLDS A CANE OVER DRIVERS TO KEEP OLD FARES..
