Yes, government official have more muscles and influence to make things happen for their communities but I don't believe one has to be part of the ruling government in order to help develop their communities. Building a community depends more on mobilizing the people in the community to raise fund and other needed resources to help themselves. It is not about "HOW THE GOVERNMENT CAN HELP US" It is about how we can help ourselves.
