THE "DREAMERS" DONT HAVE TIME FOR FINANCIAL OR MATERIAL RESOURCE PROCUREMENT, FOR EXAMPLE, BECAUSE THEY'RE TOTALLY ABSORBED BY THEIR NEW "BABIES." IF PROF. FRIMPONG BOATENG IS SETTING UP A LOCALLY ASSEMBLED TESTING LAB FOR WATER PURIFICATION, THE MINISTRY OF MONITORING & EVALUATION PROVIDES EXCELLENT BACKING IN CHECKS, ANALYSIS, HR , ICT, CONTROLLING, ETC. THE EVALUATION TEAM MAKE SURE WE'RE ON TRACK, HAVE AVAILABLE NEEDS OR MUST COORDINATE WITH MINISTRY OF FINANCE TO RESOLVE AN IMPASSE. What will the Ministers of Defence and Interior be doing? Why the minister of roads and highways, another for railways and another fro transport. All these could be under the ministry of transport.
