The former ministers did not just overspent their budgets for nothing,the former president pushed them into doing that for him to win the 2012 elections.John Mahama who used 3 months to win the 2012 elections was described as smart politician forgetting that all the money he used was state cash,since then they thought the could cover up the rot and mess they course.The judiciary,legislature,Chiefs and some Npp elements were bought at the time to promote the victory of John Mahama in 2012,if Ghanaians had thought of competence and not the reasons that they attributed to the former president,we would've been better of as a country,Magama himself told us in his book that his biggest challenge as a man is taking decitions,and we all know that as a president that's number one online of nation duties,he could've learned on the job but because he was lazy and materialistic,concentrated on looting istead of developing the economy which requires competence but chosed infrastructure that only need parliamentary approval of loans for him to missapply and get his kickbacks.The Npp should do value for money audit of all the projects NDC carried out because the loans re just too much and they did very little with all the billions they contracted by way of loans.
