  DOES IT MEAN THAT, GHANAIANS HOLDING BIG DEGREES AND PHD TITLES HAVE ONLY BEEN EDUCATED TO UNDERDEVELOP THE NATION WITH THEIR ACQUIRED TITLES.
  
  ARE GHANAIANS ONLY EDUCATED TO BE APPOINTED TO GOVERNMENT POSITIONS AT THE PUBLIC SECTOR AND TO BECOME POLITICIANS FOR NON-PRODUCTIVE WORK IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  BEING APPOINTED A MINISTER SHOULD NOT BE A PRIVELEGE, IT MUST LEAD TO ECONOMIC GROWTH AND DEVELOPMEMT AND NOT A MEANS TO MANIPULATE AND EMBEZZLE THE FUNDS OF THE NATION.
  
  THIS SHOULD SOUND VERY SHAMEFUL AND DISGRACEFUL IN THE EYES OF THE VULNERABLE IN THE COUNTRY.
