A PROGRESSIVE COUNTRY DEPENDS ON ITS CITIZENS WHO DO HAVE TECHNOLOGICAL AND INNOVATIVE SKILLS,TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW TO MPROPEL ECNOMIC GROWTH IN A COUNTRY.

APPOINTMENT ALONE OF MINISTERS WILL BE A DISASTER FOR YOUR OFFICE AND THE NATION AS A WHOLE.

HAVE YOU ASKED YOURSELF, WHY WE ARE STILL ECONOMIC BACKWARD, UNDEDEVELOPED AND A POOR NATION.
