It appears the headline does not conform to the contents. Or, put differently, it appears all the movements are to the VIPPU, so who are the officers who are being moved from the VIPPU?

This is obvious. This is job for the boys. Who doesn't know that ACP Adu Amankwa is a staunch NPP man. This is the son of Lawyer Adu Amankwa who was a close friend to Kufuor and Akuffo Addo. We aren't surprised at all.

Then subsequently in following paragraphs, the abbreviation can be used, thereby ensuring that a first-time reader of the story knows what the hell the abbreviation means. So, what is VIPPU???????
