Excellent. That is a sign of good things from a good government. Advancement at its best. Buh am veri happy my school (the only University Of Choice in Gh) is taking part.

Education is good, though!. But unless the idea is self advancement in the Subject, etc, where in the World could an ex-convict get a job with his academic Degree!.Therefore, Studies should be crafted towards Self- employment ...
