Ghana cannot afford to replace all these vehicles for the new administration to operated. Promises or no promises, one does not need to remind the NDC government that their days is history. You cannot continue to take this country (Ghana) for a ride. No more "diversification" as you did under Chief Thief Jerry Rawlings and his wife. Enough now.
