Yes,the President was lamenting on the colossal amount of taxpayers money the useless Mahama administration aided by his northern ministers such as good-for-nothing Fuseini wasted on useless projects which I am sure those responsible will refund to the State when the Special Prosecutor assume his/her post in the near future.
