  If you don't have clue on governance why not learn from civilised countries such as Australia, Canada USA etc.They've been mining in these countries for centuries but illegal mining activities were not legalised because they knew the implication if hazardous and explosive chemicals find their way into wrong hands. It is a shame for a whole MP to support this menace. Those talking of jobs, why can't the government own a mine so that the activities will be properly structured as done in other countries. I think this can also give jobs.

  my brother is talking as if he got the whole world's knowledge....do u know how many times the government has tried to eliminate illegal mining activities from our country?....you are comparing us to USA and Canada whiles we are blacks with black mind who only cares about himself and not the community....these black assholes are also being protected by the chiefs who own this land of the mining activity.......so the MP is saying we should legalise it means we should teach these miners to mine properly to prevent any environmental hazard

  Nonsense assertions from cohorts supporting illegal mining ( Galamsay) . To hell on earth would Asians like Chinese people going to allow you destruct their water bodies and their forest reserves. My question is how do we even think as Ghanaians? a full voted Mp talking on behalf of the country to legalize Galamsay. What was he even saying? I think legalize Galamsay is More dangerous than allowing them to do without legalized. They've been greedy destructing our Rivers, Farmlands nd others so why then the surprises of legalizing it? Any person who speaks in support of illegal mining is a wizard or a witch. Do they even knows what these Galamsayers caused to our communities? I support the government with full prayers that he shouldn't change his mind.
