  Ghana's foreign exchange reserves are too low. Cocoa is the greatest contributor to our foreign exchange earnings although gold and crude oil exports have slightly surpassed cocoa. Akufo-Addo must work with the various regional ministers to ensure that all regions contribute to our foreign exchange earnings. Some regions have contributed zero to our foreign exchange earnings over the last 60 years. Cash crops must be cultivated in all regions.
