Interestingly quoting from Ofosu Ampofo's assertion that dumsor would have been solved by NDC if Ghanaians had voted for them.....this statement alone confirms that the power interruption remained unsolved and the problem was transferred to NPP led government quietly and a large section of the Ghanaian citizenry did not notice until now .
