  Nonsense!.. he has every right to enjoy his private property to the fullest and in peace.
  Contractors should have ensure the erection of physical barrier to stop the debris from entering Togbe's property.. That's common sens ...

  Togbe Afede is one of the most progrsssive chiefs in the Volta Region who I respect very much,nevertheless,I do not agree with him acquiring a piece of land near a military zone to put up a house for his personal accommodation, since anything can happen when some of these military men are on rampage and can carelessly shoot the guns we bought for them for our security to enter into his house to cause a greater damage.If I were him I would look for more conginail site to put up another house which would be save for himself and his family.
