The government has also proposed to build a dam in every district in the three Northern Regions to help our folks who wants to go into farming to get access to water to irrigate their farms, another $1 million for every district to fund their various local projects. But listening to you now, it looks like you're jilted for reasons only known to your warped mind spewing your nonsense. What else do you expect from a government that has assumed office for barely three months?

These include cocoa farmers, small scale traders. As a the child of a cocoa farmer I used to carry loads of cocoa on my head then that produce was taxed at 40% and paid for in local currency. We were supposed to get scholarships but these ended up going to children of non-farmers. am sure this practice continues today. This is inhumane. If a relief is being offered to kayayei then it should be extended to all - farmers, satchet water sellers, water carriers and chewing gum sellers. It is not right for the people to pay such taxes while politicians ride big cars and pay nothing.
