The two are not that terribly different. It is just a question of semantics. They both agree on how the NPP will run this budget. If revenues are cut and the Akufo Addp-Bawumia Administration has vowed not to borrow, they are wondering where the money will come from for the million promises that were made during he election campaigns. If however the NPP in spite of all the tax cuts and abolitions, is able to deliver even half of their promises in the 4-year term, then NDC actually dealt with Ghanaians and must sit up if they want to be reelected.

Mr dumbo tell me how many successive governments have come and gone? and did anyone of them, I repeat my question, and did any one these past governments cited these women in their budget ever? Don't mention the name of the criminal kingpin Mahama because he eluded the citizenry with his sweet tones by earmarking billions of Gh cedis to help these folks in the lieu of the defunct SADA but turned around and took his share of the money as a kickback and left the criminal Roland Azure and co to embezzle the funds with impunity with the phony excuse that the Guinea fowls have migrated to the nearby Burkina Faso and the tree plantations also perished under the scorching sun because there were no rainfalls that year. In this modern world of the advanced technology even to create rains like what is practiced in the Great Israel and the Gulf States. Now this new government has eased the tax burden on these young women as the first aid to survive and has also made a budgetary allocations to set up factories in every district including the Northern districts for these people to go back home and work and also be with their families. The government has also proposed to build a dam in every district in the three Northern Regions to help our folks who wants to go into farming to get access to water to irrigate their farms, another $1 million for every district to fund their various local projects. But listening to you now, it looks like you're jilted for reasons only known to your warped mind and are spewing your nonsense. What else do you expect from a government that has assumed office for barely three months?

Fiscal consolidation and growth policy are mutually exclusive options for solving economic problems and so if Mahama concentrated on inflation targeting to achieve fiscal consolidation and Nana is using supply-side principles to achieve growth, how do these stupid NDC babies try to say they are Mahama's economic policies. Look, inflation targeting is demand-side economic policy and it phased out in the late 70s because it has so many deficiencies. My highest qualification is HND yet, I think, I am far better than these NDC gurus who boast of Masters degrees and PhDs.
