The Lebanese supervisor at Marwako fast food Jihad Chaaban who is purported to have dipped the face of a 25-year old Ghanaian worker Evelyn Boakye in hot blended pepper has been charged with assault.
Mr Chaaban, who is on bail, over the weekend splashed blended pepper on his subordinate’s face after delaying with her duties.
The victim has refused to accept an apology letter issued by the assailant, saying she regrets working with Marwako.
She refuted claims that authorities at Marwako paid her hospital bills.
