I'm imagining going to a country and destroying their rivers like these foreigners are doing and an official of that country addressing me like this minister is doing. It can never happen anywhere. “In every single community, there are chiefs, landowners, politicians… and so these actions are collaborative actions so we have sounded a clear warning, especially to those responsible whether politicians or chiefs. We will come after you.”

The simple language for these people is if they are not in Ghana in any officiak capacity they should be deported immediately. Emphatically, they don't care whatever happens to your land or envioroment.As an example just take into consideratiojn what they are doing to the East African wild life and envioroment. They have never listened to any complains from the world organisations so why and how do you think or expect them to accept your diplomacy ?? Just round them up and deport them immediately.
You look on for them to destroy our properties and we turn round go for loan to correct the damage they've caused. Look Ghana should have learnt by now !!!!!!!WAKE UP MR. MINISTER !!!

Can you do this in China? This galamsey which the government is taking lightly will finally destroy the country very soon. I was in America two weeks ago for a conference on mercury pollution in the environment and Ghana is among the third highest in Africa and the most polluted in West Africa. This should be a warning to all. With the global warming and the pollution, the repercussions are very very graVE. anything A Ghanaian CANNOT DO IN cHINA SHOULD NOT BE DONE BY ANY Chinese IN Ghana. Hope this minister understands his job.

The Chiefs, politicians, and all other Ghanaians who are also breaking the law must be dealt with. Chemicals used to process the gold can cause cancer and other serious diseases. Ghana should stop getting freebies from the Chinese government in order to deal with those Chinese breaking our laws.Stop giving them visas to come and destroy our environment.
