Because other cars are missing the President has to use his Old Car? Dies it mean apart from the missing ones, there isn't any car around for the President to use? Whatabaut those that have been retrieved, my President can't use any? Should a foreign dignitary arrive at Kotoka this moment, wouldn't there be at least five cars to receive such at the airport? My President cannot use any of those five cars? No, am not able to follow this line of thinking. Why can't we make do with the UNMISSING cars? At worst, can't we use any of the RETRIEVED ones?

Who says a ten yr BMW is bad to use as president. Allow him to use as a gut example to his ministers n also to cut down cost. We need money for the free SHS.
