  It's a shame and an indictment on our so called chiefs. It's all part of our laziness and get rich quick attitude. Instead of working for their money they choose to sell and resell lands 2, 3, or 4 times over to different people. The government should build more prisons so these criminal elements called chiefs will be jailed to deter future chiefs.
