  i want to believe Mr napo(Dr)is too temperamental and must check dat because Drs.are extreme professionals so must behave as such unless the Doc.was conferred on him.

  Nonsense ! the Luv FM reporter was circumspect in his reportage. Listen attentively to the reporter on joyfm and he blamed both NDC and NPP not Napo alone.
