  Ayariga must be the new fool to think plagiarism is no big deal. Plagiarism is a sign of inherent dishonesty and public administrators cannot be dishonest about public policy they espouse/implement. In fact plagiarism caused Joseph P. Biden of the USA his aspiration to become the president of the USA when he was forced to drop out of his campaign.
  People who cannot tell the truth about sources are the very people who will do evil and hide behind the shield of authority which we have seen many a times in Ghana from one administration to another.

  As for me,as competent as the then flagbearer,now President and his team of empty coconut headed followers claimed they are competent,so for me I have problem with the President's verbatim plagiarism,because that speech was originally intended for the people of US and Ghanaians.
