  Import duties and many other port taxes should be scrap if Ghana is to attract investments international and domestic. The problems at the ports are the reasons why our Health care Management investors from USA scarped investing in HealthCare in Ghana. The present port Laws, TAXES Port Officers need drastic change and soon if The government drive for development is to succeed.
