THE LAW WAS MADE BY THE COLONIAL MASTERS WHO WERE THE ONLY CLASS BLESSED WITH THE RIDE OF AUTOMOBILE IN THE COLONIES, SO WHEN EVER THEY KILLED THE SONS OF THE SOIL WITH A CAR ETC, THEY JUST GO FREE AS THE LAW SAID IT WAS AN ACCIDENT, AND NOW IS THERE ANY PUNISHMENT FOR AN ACCIDENT IN THE GHANA STATUTORY BOOK? THE ELITE CONTINUE TO LEAVE IT AT THAT, AND THIS MATTER IS ENCOURAGED BY THE FUNERAL LOVING GHANAIAN PUBLIC, AND WHEN THEY GO TO COURT OVER THESE MURDERS CLASSIFIED AS ACCIDENTS, THEY ARE ONLY KEEN ON THE INSURANCE BENEFITS THEY CAN GET WHILE THE CULPRITS GOES HOME FREE, AND WHEN THE JUDGE WHO ALREADY HAS HIS GOAT ETC. SETS GOOD COMPENSATORY AGENDA FOR THEM THEY ACCLAIM THE JUDGE AS FANTASTIC! SO NOW THE STATUS QUO REMAINS IN FAVOUR OF MOTORISTS WHO MURDER BY ACCIDENTS ALL OVER THE PLACE! WHAT IS THIS?
