MINISTER. They shd be investigated and sacked.

  .....initiative before under Busia and commendable to be resumed, especially, since it'll will complement the one district one factory philosophy of the NPP by providing housing for the youth who may migrate back to the rural areas to avail themselves of the new opportunities which will open up! More grease to your elbows in this commendable quest!
