We saw the French under Holland building and equipping a very dangerous military force for Ivory Coast.One would think that after the destructive Ivorian civil war which killed thousands and displaced millions,France will opt to embark on a program of deescalation not rearming the Ivorian military.When the civil war irrupted in Ivory Coast,France air lifted all her citizens to Ghana and France but we didn't see them airlift a single Ivorian to safety in France.Their behaviour in West Africa has not been helpful or productive to put it politely.Ghana is a peaceful nation that is determined to develop in peace and we condemn all attempts to instigate confusion and conflicts in West Africa.This region can be turned into a dynamic economic zone for all investors and stake holders but that can never be achieved in a conflicts zone.

There is no time limit to congratulate a person. He was doing priority things unlike NDC that did never had a priority and was swept away by the crowd.
