Anything that you believed in and want to deliver to your people to take to heart, I believe strongly that the person who formalized THE IDEA should be the only one to deliver it in his own voice and body language to get the message across and get results.
Most time -99% of the time-, ministers and and government officials who formulate plans or are invited to deliver speeches use delegates who read these speeches on their behalf. I believe strongly that that's a very wrong move but being Ghana, nothing is study to see their effects whether they work or not.
When I'm passionate about something and wanna pass it on for a change, no one is more qualified but me to make my case because by speaking it, you can sense in my voice the passion and that's the magic that moves people, but if I have it read on my behalf as done mostly in this banana republic as some sort of "big thing", what we do not understand is your speech could be read by someone with a very very LOW ENERGY standing in your place and the moment he opens his mouth, ppl start to sleep.
Ghanaian start to think deeper as we have the power to make change but applying it wrongly. MAY BE CHURCHES OF LOW FREQUENCY COULD BE PART OF OUR STUPIDITY TO REALIZE THESE THINGS.
If a special tsiami (okyeami) wants to rouse the warriors to defend the kingdom, and have his speech delivered by a coward who never been to any of the wars before, what impact would it make on the warriors? Most will stay at home as he usually does and the kingdom could be ran over by enemies. You need an equally hot-headed TSIAMI of the greatest calibre to deliver the king's message from his own vain with a boiling blood.

I seriously want to promote Science, Math and Technology and need help because the culture of this society seems to discourage me from promoting quality education, especially science and maths where I have built skills with real world exposure.

Thumps up Mr President, keep it up and stop the lamentations, because without science, technology and at least other language's like French and Hausa beside the English language, we cannot progress speadily as a country.

Children do not see the need to study science because we teach them right from infancy that every event is caused by God.
We even tell them that it is God who put a baby into a woman's womb.
