All though I don't have the facts sometimes it pays to use common sense, the university ought to go into negotiations with the plaintiffs to close the matter and to the judge the national interest must override an individuals interest which is why directing the parties to resort to an ADR would have been wise.

There shall be justice no what they do. Those who have taken this ill decision should have opened their Private Institutions and have the power to close it, but not a public institution where every Ghanaian is a stakeholder.
