Ace Ankomah is saying nothing new,every prosecution is sensitive to the requirement of law and also sensitive to the threshold in criminal cases.

But rogue lawyers try to use undue influence and circumvention of the law to get their clients and political interest vindicated by rough tactics as Ace did with his piece in the delta force case.

Advising the police to be diligent in their investigation is like warning the police that you will use your normal strategy to skew justice for the murderers of the Major.

It is also another way of soliciting for clients because you are giving the impression that you are capable of out witting the police as you did in the delta case and that if you are instructed you will win the case since you can stand up to them.
