  May his soul rest in peace! We Ghanaians seems not to learn from our mistakes. We throw rubbish everywhere- in to drainage system and etc. And when it rains, the consequences are evident- flooding, lose of property and death. It is time Lessons have been learnt and stop disposing properly.
