President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is expected to launch a National Youth Authority (NYA) digital training programme today, Thursday, 8 February 2018, at the Accra Digital Center.
The 12-weeks online digital marketing and entrepreneurship training programme for the unemployed youth is expected to provide 3000 digital jobs for them at the end of their training.
The nationwide training programme will provide Ghanaians between the ages of 18 and 35 years with a basic appreciation of internet and social media skills.
ECOBANK is expected to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the NYA to hire the trainees after they complete their programme of study.
