Ghana Japan Baseball and Softball field to be commissioned

The much awaited

handing over ceremony of the Koshien Ghana Japan Baseball and Softball field

takes place on Saturday 12th April 2014 at the Labone Senior High School. Starting

time is 8:30am Japanese time. special guests include : The Sports Minister ,The

Ambassador of Japan ,the La Mantse ,the Greater Accra Regional Minister , US

and Cuban ambassadors ,the retired senior baseball players of Ghana ,the

African Development Foundation(ADF) ,the Association for Friends of African Baseball

(AFAB) from Japan, the national sport authority boss ,association presidents

,technical staff of Ghana Baseball and Softball Association and our current

players young and old. also in attendance is the only Ghanaian international

baseball player Kofi Frimpong who flew all the way from Sweden his base to

grace the occasion. There will be a ceremonial match between the retired

players of Ghana led by the President Albert K Frimpong.

Manager, all ex senior players should call me to confirm their participation in

this historic and memorable ceremony. we are the pioneers and therefore need to

open this field for the next generation to take over. Lets all be there to make
